I want you to know that After I sent this e-mail yesterday, I did receive the 110.00 FC, So for that I was happy. I did not want it twice, but thank you for answering my e-mail days later !!!
I am extremely UPSET at this point with this game and losing items. I have put THOUSANDS, and YES, I do mean THOUSANDS of dollars of my own money into this game, because I enjoy the friends I play with in and outside of the game you have. BUT yesterday, for the first time EVER, I was call a lier by 1 of your agents...I IN NO WAY WILL EVER EXCEPT THAT KIND OF THING !! And if I knew how to get through to a higher up person, I WOULD BE THERE TALKING TO THEM !!!
I am a home bound Grandma that is raising my 2 very young grandbabies, 1 with major disabilities, (not that any of you care to read this, but I hope you do) I live for the fun of this game and my friends at times in my life. BUT when I have to get so UPSET and CRY because I was talked to so badly from an agent, ONLY because I was AGAIN having problems with my game, that is BEYOND necessary !!!
When I lose my FC (my money) I am going to ask for it back. LOOK, I use to be able to afford just to let things like this go, BUT now I am struggling to even feed my grandbabies, I am STRUGGLING to even diaper them, and the 1 baby with disabilities needs so much in the way of special need items that I can't get him, it breaks my heart. I have always paid in and given money to you guys to send to and help other countries....ALWAYS !! But when I am sitting here with NOW SO MANY NEEDS of MY OWN, and can't get HELP, It hurts me to think that I can not even get back what I lost in a GAME !!!!
I know everyone has a story to tell, BUT I can only tell mine !!! AND I want you guys to HEAR me LOUD and CLEAR PLEASE......Again, I have REAL EVERYDAY struggles in my life that I can't get help with (food, diapers, baby clothes. shoes, ect.) The least you guys could do is allow me to play this game and enjoy it with my friends without having to be treated bad, called names, and take away what I have managed to be able to pay for....GIVE ME THAT LITTLE PLEASURE IN LIFE....
SOMETIMES THE SMALLEST OF THINGS CAN TURN SOMEONE'S DAY AROUND !!!!
I am in hopes that this e-mail is shared with your agents and with the higher up people. If i could post it to make sure it was seen, i would right now...I would put it in the newspapers if I thought someone that could do something about it could see it !!!!
Zynga makes So MUCH money that I don't think my needs would even be noticed.....
Zynga try helping the people that have given to you so easily when you have asked SOME HELP TOO !!!
